ARIA ("we," "our," or "the App") is an AI-powered real estate CRM platform developed for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile and web application.

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, brokerage affiliation, and profile photo provided during sign-up via Google Sign-In.
• Transaction Data: Property listings, client contacts, deal pipeline stages, closing milestones, commission records, and compliance checklists you create within the App.
• Communication Data: Emails (via Gmail integration), chat messages, and call logs (via Twilio VoIP integration for Pro+ subscribers).
• Location Data: Approximate location when using the MLS Map Search feature to display nearby listings (only when you grant permission).
• Camera & Photo Library: Photos captured or selected for listing images, document uploads, or property enhancement features (only when you grant permission).
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage patterns, error logs, and device information for analytics and troubleshooting.
• Payment Information: Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details directly — Stripe handles all payment data securely.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and services
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Facilitate communication through Gmail, chat, and VoIP calling
• Generate AI-powered insights, CMA reports, marketing content, and listing presentations via Google Gemini
• Sync MLS data through Bridge Interactive for property searches
• Send push notifications for new leads, transaction updates, and important alerts
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations
• Respond to support requests and provide customer service

4. Google Workspace Integration

ARIA integrates with Google Workspace services (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs) as part of your subscription. When you connect your Google account:

• We access your Gmail inbox to display, compose, and manage emails within the App
• We upload documents to your Google Drive in the "ARIA Docs" folder
• We create and auto-fill Google Docs templates for real estate transactions
• Your Google credentials are managed through Google's OAuth 2.0 and are never stored on our servers

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud functions, push notifications, and file storage
• Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
• Twilio: VoIP calling, call recording, and phone number provisioning (Pro+ subscribers)
• Google APIs: Gemini AI, Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Maps services
• Bridge Interactive: MLS property data synchronization
• Mapbox: Map rendering and geolocation services

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
